How Does the Delivery Process Work?

Once you place an order with Anomaa Studio, we diligently process your request. Each product undergoes a meticulous inspection to ensure it meets our high standards of quality.

  • Quality Assurance: After clearing the final quality inspection, your items are securely packed.
  • Shipping: We entrust your package to our reliable delivery partners, who strive to deliver it to you as swiftly as possible. Once the package leaves our premises/dispatched with courier service partner, we do not have any control over the package. Should there be any challenges in reaching your address or if a delivery attempt is made at an inconvenient time, our delivery partners will contact you to find a solution. 
  • Anomaa Studio understands that the occasional loss of packages during shipment may occur. To clarify our responsibilities and protect both our company and our customers, we have established the following policy regarding lost packages shipped via courier services ( DTDC, Delhivery, Amazon, Ekart and others):

    • Shipment Responsibility:

      • Once a package has been handed over to the designated courier service (e.g., DTDC, Delhivery, Amazon, etc.), Anomaa Studio considers the package to be under the sole responsibility of the courier.
      • Anomaa Studio is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay that occurs during shipment or while in the possession of the courier.
    • Customer Responsibilities:

      • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information to ensure timely and successful delivery.
      • Customers should promptly notify Anomaa Studio and the courier service of any suspected loss or damage upon receiving a notification or tracking update.
      • The tracking Ids are emailed or sent through SMS/WhatsApp to the customers. 
    • Claims Process:

      • When the package is delayed, it is sole responsibility of the courier service partners to answer your queries. Customers are advised to enquire with their local courier partner first and wait for at least 15 days after the dispatch to consider escalating it to Anomaa Studio.
      • If a customer believes their package has been lost, they must first file a claim with the courier service.
      • Anomaa Studio may assist customers in filing claims with the courier, but we are not responsible for the outcome of the claim.
      • If the courier service determines that the package is lost a the courier will be responsible for compensating the customer according to the terms of their insurance policy.
      • If there is no clear outcome from the courier for the claim filed by the customer within 30days of the complaint filed, the customer can approach Anomaa Studio for considering their case as exceptional. 
    • Exceptions:

      • This policy may have exceptions in certain circumstances, such as if the loss or damage is due to proven negligence on the part of Anomaa Studio in preparing the package for shipment.

Shipping Locations

Currently, Anomaa Studio offers shipping exclusively within India. We also ship to some countries upon request raised by the customers. 

Tracking Your Order

After your order is confirmed, you will receive an email and SMS with a confirmation. Within 24-48 hours, your order will be dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Time

    • Most orders are dispatched within 2-4 business days, not including Sundays and public holidays. During special promotions or sale events, order dispatches may experience slight delays. We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 days of the order date.
    • For next-day dispatch category, all the orders received before 4pm will be dispatched the next working day through standard courier options. Please not that, next-day dispatch does not imply next-day delivery. The delivery time is dependent on the courier service and we are not responsible for the delay in any manner.  
    • For express delivery, all the orders received before 4pm will be dispatched on the same-day and any orders placed there after will be dispatched the next working day. The express orders are sent through express delivery options available through courier services that we are engaged with, at the time of dispatch. The delivery time is dependent on the courier service and we are not responsible for the delay in any manner.

Multiple Shipments

If your order arrives in more than one shipment, don't worry—it's standard procedure. It means different items were sent from various Anomaa Studio warehouse locations. You will be charged shipping or Cash On Delivery (COD) fees, if applicable, only on the first package received.

Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on orders over Rs. 699 for all customers. Please note, Cash On Delivery (COD) options are not available for orders.

International Shipping

We are exploring opportunities to expand our products availability and shipping internationally.
