Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment:

For Anomaa Studio orders that have not been shipped, cancellation is streamlined for your convenience. You can cancel your order in one of two ways:

  • WhatsApp: Send a message to +91 6363420898 with your order ID and request for cancellation. Our team is ready to assist you promptly.

  • Email: Write to us at sales@anomaastudio.in with your order details and cancellation request. Our customer support team will process your cancellation swiftly.

Refund Process:

Upon successful cancellation, Anomaa Studio initiates the refund process immediately:

  • Refunds are processed promptly after the cancellation request is approved.
  • The refund timeline may vary depending on your original payment method. For electronic payments (credit/debit cards, net banking), the refund will appear in your account within 5 business days.

Please note that if you have used discount vouchers or loyalty points, these will be considered as utilized once the order is cancelled.

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Return Policy:

If you're looking to return a product purchased from Anomaa Studio, please contact us within 7 days of delivery through one of the following methods:

  • WhatsApp: You can initiate a return by sending us a message at +91 6363420898. Please include your order ID and a brief reason for the return.

  • Email: Alternatively, email us at sales@anomaastudio.in with your order details and reason for return. Attach images of the product and the invoice for our reference.

Conditions for Return:

A return or replacement request will be entertained only if the products are returned in their original packaging with all labels, barcodes, and seals intact. Note that there are certain items and conditions under which returns will not be accepted.

Please note that certain products may be designated as non-returnable. Returns for these items will only be accepted under exceptional circumstances, which will be determined solely by our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse returns for non-returnable items unless there are extenuating circumstances deemed acceptable by us. If you have any questions regarding the return eligibility of a specific product, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

Receiving a Damaged or Incorrect Product:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email, as outlined above, within 7days of delivery. Please arrange to courier the product to us and upon inspection, we can decide to either replace the item or process a refund.

Refunds:

Refunds for returned or cancelled orders are processed once the items have been received and inspected at our warehouse. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase within 5 business days.
